NEW CNA Scholarship Opportunity!

The Oberlin-Decatur County Area Economic Development Corporation (O-DAEDC) is thrilled to announce the launch of a CNA Scholarship Program to support healthcare workforce development in our community.

We are offering scholarships of up to $610 to cover the cost of a CNA course, book, and licensing for 10 Decatur County residents. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen workforce development and fill critical healthcare positions in our region.

This program is made possible thanks to a grant submitted by O-DAEDC to the Grow Decatur County Foundation’s Healthcare Recruitment and Retention Fund. We are grateful to the Foundation and its generous donor for making this opportunity available to our community.

End Date: July 23, 2025
Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Scholarship Terms:

Must be a resident of Decatur County
If you do not complete the course, you will be required to repay the $610 scholarship amount
