Color Decatur County is excited to announce the first mural in Oberlin! Our muralist will be painting the bandshell at the Oberlin city park starting September 2nd.
The Color Decatur County Committee would like to invite the public to attend and come look at our first mural in Oberlin, Ks!
A Ribbon cutting is planned for Friday September 6th @ 11am
A Free will donation BBQ with music at the bandshell is to follow from 11am-1pm
