GROW Decatur County Foundation was founded in 2016 to enhance the opportunities within Decatur County. GROW is an affiliate of Greater Northwest Kansas Community Foundation*. Since their founding, GROW has put a million dollars into Decatur County through various projects and programs to ensure a future for the coming generations.
