The Decatur County Chamber of Commerce has committed to bringing you an all day dual event this year, combining The Carfest with the 16th annual Up In Smoke BBQ!
The Carfest will take place on South Penn Ave. Show cars will line up downtown on the bricks. Join us for door prizes, children’s activities, Pin-Up contest, and food vendors!
Registration will take place from 8am-11am (Register at the EDC/Chamber office- 124 S Penn Ave)
Registration fees are as follows: 1st entry $20, 2nd entry an additional $10, for each additional entry after the first 2 entries is $5/vehicle. *Multiple entries MUST be registered to the same owner*
Voting in various car categories will take place between 11am-1pm, join us for lunch with amazing food vendors from 12n-1pm, awards will follow from 2pm-3pm.
After the Carfest head out to Sappa Park and join us for an evening of delicious food from our Up In Smoke BBQ contest!
Starting at 4:30pm join us in listening to our awesome DJ, Scott Taylor, while you have a great time in the evening at our beautiful Sappa Park!
Public Up In Smoke BBQ meal starts at 5 pm; cost is $15/adult $7/kids 6 and up- If you register a car at the carfest, please bring your dash registration for $5 off your meal!!!
Stick around after the meal for more entertainment and fun!!!
