If you wish to become a Decatur County Area Chamber of Commerce Member,
ALL membership forms and payments are due by March 1, 2024.
Any individual, non-profit, clubs, or business is eligible to become a chamber member!
With your donations we are able to bring different events to Decatur County!
Memberships run from Jan 1, 2024-Dec 31, 2024 (no membership will be prorated)!
Organizations that serve under another entity are responsible for there own memberships- (Example: The Sunflower Recreational does not operate under Oberlin-Decatur County Area Economic Development membership.)
A few membership benefits include:
- You become a Chamber member
- You support Decatur County
- We will promote your business on our Chamber Facebook page
- We will have a link to your business on our website, along with your Facebook & Instagram pages
- Your business will be listed on our Chamber bucks & anyone receiving them can spend them at your business!
- Ribbon cuttings are back! We help promote new businesses!
- If you have a job opening, we can post the job openings on our website (information should be sent to sdempewolf@oberlinkansas.gov)
- We are here to help your business thrive! If you have an upcoming event we will post on the monthly calendar on our website (information must be sent to the chamber at least 1 month prior to the event, send information to sdempewolf@oberlinkansas.gov)
- If you have an upcoming event that you would like posted on our news tab on the website please send information AT LEAST 1 month prior to event to sdempewolf@oberlinkansas.gov max of 3 events per year
- If you have an event flyer you would like us to post on our Chamber Facebook page, please message them to Decatur County Area Chamber of Commerce Facebook page!
- We sponsor the following events: Carfest, Light Parade, Craft Shows, Shopping nights, Garage sales, Easter Egg hunt, 25 days of shopping Christmas event & so much more!! With sponsoring these events we help drive people to shop in Decatur County!
