Teams: Each team consists of 1 Chief Cook and up to 3 assistant cooks

Entry Fee: $100 without electricity, $10 extra with RV hookups, $5 extra for electricity for grills only. Electricity is reserved for contestants ONLY!

Entry Fee Includes: pork butt, beef brisket, & ribs. Teams are responsible for open class entry, dessert, and beans.

ALL ENTERIES MUST BE PREPARED

IN FULL OR IN PART USING

A GRILL OR SMOKER

Prizes: Awards will be given for 1st and 2nd in pork butt, beef brisket ribs, & open class. There will be one awarded for overall champion!

Meat Pickup/ Start time begins on Friday September 8th @ 6pm at the Shelter house! 

*Public Meal: starts @ 6pm, Saturday September 9th, 2023*
